Values & Culture

At Revive IT, we value four attributes that we believe to be vitally important and should be lived out daily by every one of our team members. They act as our compass and point each one of us toward the way we should conduct ourselves, our business, and ultimately how we should treat others. They guide the way we behave and are imperative to the growth of our people and of our company. We are constantly: improving, acting in humility, living a life of servanthood and relentlessly persuing excellence.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Improving team members are self-motivated and diligent. They are constantly thinking about the next steps and opportunities, finding ways to improve the process and themselves. They persistently seek constructive feedback and are willing to help others with improvements of their own.
LIFE OF SERVANTHOOD
Team members that actively live out servanthood have the desire to first, before themselves, help and benefit others. They consider how their decisions and actions will affect their peers and choose selflessness over selfishness. They actively seek ways to set their peers up for success.
ACTING IN HUMILITY

Humble team members are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually. They are willing to do the less desirable for the benefit of others.

PERSUING EXCELLENCE

Team members that relentlessly pursue excellence always strive to achieve incredible results. They draw deep satisfaction from doing the right thing the right way, even if no one notices or acknowledges it. They seek to learn & master their skills, providing incredible value & care to those they serve.

Lean Thinking

Revive IT embraces a LEAN culture and promotes the elimination of waste in everything we do. While LEAN thinking is typically found in a manufacturing environment, we have found LEAN thinking equally as beneficial in our own business model and processes.
The purpose of Lean is to eliminate waste through continuous improvement. In order to do that, we need to understand that waste is anything that does not add value to our partners. Once we have established what waste is we need to know what to look for. There are 8 deadly wastes that we continuously try to eliminate…
OVER PRODUCTION
OVER PROCESSING
WAITING TIME
WASTED MOTION
TRANSPORTATION
DEFECTS
EXCESS INVENTORY
UNUSED EMPLOYEE GENIUS
