Cosmetic Condition

Grade A

Excellent Condition, very well cared for and cosmetically close to new. Absolutely no visible surface scratches, blemishes, or bruises on the screen or backplate. No Glass Separation. There will be no dents on the body or edges of the tablet. The Aluminum Casing may have very minor light Scratches or abrasions. Bottom line: These tablets are in great physical condition and come fully operational.

Grade B

Good Condition, very light wear! Screen is in great condition and may show very minor surface scratches (can barely be felt with fingernail / not visible when in use). May have 1 small bruise no bigger than a pencil eraser. General signs of use on the aluminum backplate and body such as light scratches or scuffs. No Glass Separation. There may be upto 2 minor dents on the body, frame, or edges. The Aluminum around the Power Port may appear to be splitting. Bottom line: These tablets are fully functional in good working condition with normal signs of use.

Grade C

Moderate Condition, very used! More noticeable screen and backplate scratches from regular use. Screen has some moderate scratches (can be felt with a fingernail). May have up to 3 small screen bruises no bigger than a pencil eraser. Moderate signs of use on the aluminum backplate and body such as heavy scratches or scuffs. No Glass Separation. There may be up to 6 dents in total on the body, frame, or edges. No Glass Separation. The Aluminum around the Power Port may be cracked or separating from use. Bottom line: These tablets are fully functional in working condition with heavy, moderate signs of use.

Grade D

Let's be honest, these have been used pretty hard, but are perfectly priced to pick up a few for your kids on those long road trips! Heavier screen and backplate scratches, dents and corner dings, and small cracks along those corners. Screen may have some heavy scratches that can be felt with a fingernail. May have upto 5 small screen bruises no bigger than a pencil eraser. Heavy signs of use on the aluminum backplate and body with deep scratches or more noticeable scuffs. There may be upto 10 dents in total on the body, frame, or edges. The Aluminum around the Power Port may be cracked or separating from use. Bottom line: These tablets are functioning in working condition but have over 700 cycle count batteries as well as having heavy, less than satisfactory signs of use.
